Job Title Sr Associate, Client Tech Support Engineering Position Summary: We are seeking skilled C# .NET engineers to join our dynamic application support team. This is non-development role and ideal candidate should have good experience in analyzing and troubleshooting robust and scalable windows applications using the .NET framework along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and Support: Maintain existing software systems by identifying and software defects and analyzing and troubleshooting client tickets. Windows software applications using .NET framework (C#, .NET, Angular 2+, REST, Windows Forms). Must have good understanding on application logging, event logs, traces etc. Database Management: Develop/write basic SQL queries, review stored procedures, and database structures.
