SummaryOpti Value Tek is hiring an Application Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits to spearhead the design, build, and configuration of applications, while acting as the primary point of contact. The role involves requirement gathering, overseeing development, issue resolution, and guiding the team to deliver effective and efficient solutions.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead the effort to design, configure, and build Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits applications.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with stakeholders.Actively participate in team discussions, provide innovative solutions, and resolve issues.Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise.Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical SkillsMust Have: Strong proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.Good To Have: Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.Solid understanding of application design, development, and configuration.Hands-on experience with project management methodologies.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
