Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and are delivered on schedule. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture, SAP BTP Administration, SAP BTP Application Development, SAP UI5 Development.- Configuring and Troubleshooting Standard Fiori apps- Experience with S4HANA system, SAP BTP cloud services- Experience in SSO configuration- Experience in SAPUI5, SAP FIORI/UX, OData, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON, XML, SCP, Mobility, REST, GIT and SAP Net Weaver Gateway Service Builder- Experience in SAP BAS and RAP and CAP programming model- Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
