You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the application development process- Ensure successful project delivery- Mentor junior team members- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead the application development process.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle- Experience in leading application development projects- Knowledge of design patterns and best practices in application development- Hands-on experience with Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate- Knowledge of cloud technologies and services.- Hands-on experience with application configuration and deployment.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.- Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications and Java Framework.
