Must have skills : Microsoft Azure DevOps Good to have skills : Microsoft ASP.NET Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication within the team and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the application development process Ensure effective communication within the team and stakeholders-Hands-on coding to deliver functional, innovative software solutions. Consistently delivers complex, innovative and complete solutions, driving them through design, planning, development, deployment and support that simplify business processes and workflows to drive business value. Utilize CI/CD tooling to deploy software and iterate on solutions. Develop software solution leveraging established Chevron technology standards and collaborate with internal partners to develop new technology standards as needs arise. Maintain working knowledge of the latest tools and practices for continuous integration, unit tests, static and dynamic profiling, code coverage, code analysis, and automated tests. Deliver results in collaboration with other software engineering and technical teams. Frequently work with global teams across time zones and provide support to application/solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft ASP.NET Strong understanding of cloud-based application development Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of Agile methodologies-Hands-on experience with2 or more:Azure Cloud, Service Now, Ansible, and Azure DevOps, API consumption, Back End Frameworks [.NET], Data Access - Relational Databases, Desktop Application Development, Scripting:Ansible, Strategic programming e.g. C#, Python, JavaScript", Structured Technical Problem Solving & Debugging Experience working on agile teams, utilizing methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban Strong written and verbal communication Demonstrated business negotiation skills, influence, conflict resolution, and resolving technical stalemates Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
