Must have skills : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform Good to have skills : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and collaborating with multiple teams to make key decisions. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, providing solutions to problems, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Drive requirements and design to identify and recommend workable solutions to clients across data driven marketing, single view of the customer, and marketing technology, with a specialization in Customer Data Platforms Understand business and technical requirements and translate these into a technical solution. Analyze business processes and identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches typically seeking to exploit new technology components. Model processes, architecture, data structures and information required to support their clients' projects. Develop enterprise-grade information architecture and processes which truly utilize and realize the value of salesforce.com application technology. Take a collaborative role in developing and enforce a set of architecture and development libraries and whitepapers. Set standards for programming tools and techniques and advise on their application and compliance. Design integrations between SFMC products and the client's architecture. Support project managers in all stages of the software development process. Assign work through the correct communication channels to technical consultants and monitor performance providing advice, guidance, and assistance. Oversight of the development and configuration of SFMC solution and ensuring quality delivery. Drive data profiling and unification approach. Create architecture and solution blueprints to meet client requirements. Work with business and technology client representatives to gather functional and technical requirements. Keep informed of the latest technology trends and innovations especially in the areas of customer data platforms, marketing automation, data integration, master data management, marketing resource management, digital asset management, web content management, mobile, and social media. Professional & Technical Skills: 5+ years of hands-on experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience Enterprise architecture experience The ability to translate business requirements into technical design documents and to take these design documents and communicate them to developers. Additional Information: Experience working in an Agile project environment. SFMC Certifications ideally including Developer and Consultant. Expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud product set including Datorama, Pardot, Interaction Studio, Customer 360 Audiences. Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation. Full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies. Experience with marketing customer data models, marketing analytics. Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation. Familiar with several areas of Salesforce and the Force.com Platform e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com Ability to show integration and security design principles. Solid experience of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Qualifications 15 years full time education
