Project Role Description Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

SummaryAs an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an NICE InContact SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the application development process

Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met

Implement best practices for application development
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in NICE InContact

Strong understanding of cloud-based application development

Experience with API integration and development

Knowledge of Agile methodologies for software development

Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices Mandatory:1. Proficiency in NICE InContact Development & Configuration2. API Integration and Cloud Application Development3.
