We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks within Oracle platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks.This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional Oracle processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence.SummaryAs an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.Roles & Responsibilities:- -Expected to perform independently and become an SME.-While the business situation / problem is given – you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging Accenture's GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from Oracle , Accenture and other providers. -Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery:requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption.-Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows-Collaborate and manage the team to perform.-Responsible for team decisions.-Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.-Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.-Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.-Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Professional & Technical

Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).-Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.-Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.-Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.-Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for seamless application connectivity.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).This position is based at our Hyderabad or Mumbai office.A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
