SummaryAs an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are functioning optimally and meeting the needs of stakeholders. Your role will require you to balance technical expertise with effective communication, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: ETL DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS to extract data from various sources, transform it according to business rules, and load it into target databases or data warehouses. Stored Procedures & SQL OptimizationCreate and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for efficient data retrieval and manipulationData WarehousingBuild and manage data warehouses to support reporting and analytics initiatives. Performance TuningDebug and tune SSIS or other ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient movement of data. DocumentationDocument data flows using tools like Visio, Draw.io, and source-to-target mapping documents in Excel.CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.Required Skills &
Qualifications:Technical Skills:

oProficiency in SSIS for ETL development.oStrong experience with SQL Server, including writing and optimizing stored procedures. Queries and SchemaoExperience with data warehousing concepts and design.oFamiliarity with SSRS for reporting purposes.oKnowledge of data governance, data architecture, and data quality validation. oSolid understanding of .NET and ability to write, debug, and optimize .NET code

Experience:o4+ years of experience in ETL development using SSIS.oHands-on experience with stored procedures and T-SQL.oHands on experience in .NET development

Soft
Skills:

oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.oExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred
Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
 Qualification 15 years full time education
