Summary:We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC). In this role, you will design, develop, and configure scalable Salesforce applications, drive technical excellence, and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide hands-on guidance, solve complex technical challenges, and mentor team members to elevate overall Salesforce development standards.Roles & Responsibilities:Serve as a technical expert and SME in LWC development and Salesforce Field Service.Lead technical design discussions, contribute to architecture decisions, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.Provide innovative and efficient solutions to complex technical and business challenges.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reusable components, and design patterns.Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and Salesforce governor limits.Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and modern development approaches.Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of Lightning components, Apex code, and integrations.Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend process and solution improvements.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide technical estimations, risk assessments, and delivery planning.Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring compliance with organizational and Salesforce best practices.Support integration efforts with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions, workshops, and technical trainings for the development team.Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.Professional & Technical
Skills:
Must-Have
Skills:Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.Hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.Good-to-Have
Skills:Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform customization, integrations, and third-party app integration.Proven track record of developing custom Salesforce applications focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Additional Information:Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce LWC development (FSL experience preferred).Location:pune office.Education:15 years of full-time education. Qualification 15 years full time education
