Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational goals, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and industry standards. Your role will require you to balance technical oversight with team management, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.- Good understanding of Architecture as well as Design patterns- Significant experience developing applications using C#, .NET core MVC, Razor, Web API, SQL Server, GitLab/Git, java Script, CSS- Strong understanding of web application development frameworks.- Ability to perform debugging and testing to ensure high performance and reliability- Understanding and experience of working in a Scrum team utilizing Agile best practices.- Experience with database management and integration.- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Ability to implement best practices in software development and project management.- Ability to write clean, scalable code and unit test cases- Good to have:Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitLab. Experience with Banking, Investment, lending domain. Knowledge on Microsoft Power BI reports development. RabbitMQ or other MQ
