About The Role

Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, facilitating discussions to gather requirements, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that meet user needs. You will also be responsible for guiding team members, providing insights into best practices, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope, all while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience in Apache Flink.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Apache Flink, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark.- Experience with message broker systems and event streaming platforms.- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.- Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in real-time data processing.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Apache Flink, Apache Kafka.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
