Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and guidance to enhance application functionality and user experience, while ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in application development.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Mentor junior professionals and support their development within the team. Proficiency in Spring Boot, Retail Marketing.- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.- Experience in application performance tuning and optimization.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Spring Boot.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
