Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using Node.js, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery of software solutions, including identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their growth and development. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Node.js and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong proficiency in Node.js. Good To Have Skills:Experience with React.js, Angular.js, or other front-end frameworks. Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Solid understanding of software development principles, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Node.js. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.
