Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Good To Have Skills:Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Experience in providing guidance and support to junior team members. Experience in communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field. This position is based at our Pune office.
