You will act as the primary point of contact and work with a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your typical day will involve developing and maintaining Java-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development and maintenance of Java-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Act as the primary point of contact for application development, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java Full Stack Development, and provide recommendations for process improvements and tooling enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Spring Boot, Angular, and React. Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures. Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Qualification 15 years full time education
