Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using .Net Full Stack Development. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, meeting project timelines and budget constraints. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with back-end technologies such as SQL Server and Web API. Solid grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
