Must have skills : WebMethods Fabric Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years of education Summary :As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using WebMethods Fabric. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact for the project and ensuring successful delivery of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using WebMethods Fabric. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, ensuring successful delivery of the application. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the application meets business requirements and is delivered on time and within budget. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Packaged Application Development, including WebMethods Fabric, and apply them to the project as appropriate. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in WebMethods Fabric. Good To Have Skills:Experience in other Packaged Application Development technologies. Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of applications. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in WebMethods Fabric. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful Packaged Application Development projects. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
