Summary:As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) as the primary skill. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) as the primary skill.

Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that project milestones are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that project issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).

Good To Have Skills:Experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework.

Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using ESB as the primary skill.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Experience in leading and managing software development projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
