This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in .Net Full Stack Development. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Manage and coordinate the development team to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the development process. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of back-end technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
