You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of application solutions.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and customization in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions.- Knowledge of integration with other systems and applications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Additional Information- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
