Your day will involve overseeing the application development process, collaborating with team members, and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application performance. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Operations. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and contact center operations. Experience in leading application development projects. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies. Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud-based contact center platforms. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Operations.
