You will be responsible for overseeing the development process and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the adherence to project timelines and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Act as the primary point of contact for the application development team. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. Ensure the adherence to project timelines and deliverables. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the development process. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK). Experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks and libraries. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Dart programming language. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with automated testing frameworks for mobile applications. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK). This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
