Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Node.js Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure the applications meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party software and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Node.js. Good To Have Skills:Experience with React.js. Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. Knowledge of database systems such as MongoDB or MySQL. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Node.js. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
