You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using Java Enterprise Edition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience in developing web applications using Java EE technologies. Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
