You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications that meet the business requirements and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications within the specified timelines. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to application development. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). Good To Have Skills:Experience with Energy Fundamentals. Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. Experience in designing and configuring applications using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM) and Finance (FI). Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards for application development. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
