Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA Good to have skills : SAP ABAP Development Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing project progress, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design and development of SAP ABAP applications. Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP ABAP Development. Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Experience in designing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions. Knowledge of SAP HANA database concepts. Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. This position is based at our Coimbatore office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
