Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years of fulltime education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the application development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development. Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development. Experience in designing and developing SAP applications. Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems. Experience with SAP development tools and technologies. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Fiori development. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years of fulltime education is required. Qualifications 15 years of fulltime education
