Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Java Full Stack Development Good to have skills : Java Enterprise Edition Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Must have minimum 15years of full time experience Summary :As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy Java-based applications, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Java-based applications, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy high-quality software solutions. Develop and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Java development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with back-end technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This position is based at our Pune office. Qualification Must have minimum 15years of full time experience
