You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.- Assist in the evaluation and selection of software solutions.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.- Experience in leading the design and development of applications.- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies.- Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance processes.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
