Must have skills : Data Governance Good to have skills : Collibra Data Governance Minimum 18 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. With your expertise in Data Governance, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have influencing and Advisory skills. Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the project. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills:Skills :- Data Catalog, Security, Protection, Privacy, Active Metadata Management, Business Glossary Process, Know how of taxanomy , ontology | Tools - Collibra or Purview or Unity Catalog or Alation | Data Quality SME and tools IDQ or Collibra | Experience in Semantic Layer management using Knowledge GraphExperience :- 18-20yrs. Minimum of 3 large governance implementations | Exec Client Facing role | Delivery management of upto 10-15 people | Knowledge of use of AI ML in Data Governance | Knowledge of Data Risk Assessment | Knowledge of Responsible Data | Knowledge of Compliance and privacy acts EU AI Act, AU Privacy Act, GDPR | Experience in automating metadata process, quality reporting, compliance reportingLocation Bengaluru or Pune or Mumbai Qualification 15 years full time education
