Summary:As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.- Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.- Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are managed effectively. Experience with SAP MM Materials Management and SAP SD Sales and Distribution.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
