Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA Good to have skills : NAMinimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries and issues.- Provide guidance and advisory support to team members on technical matters. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ISU Skill- Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.- Experience in leading application development projects.- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies.- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP applications. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
