About The Role

Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :Enterprise Asset Management Applications

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of modernized financial systems. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing solutions, leading a team of developers, conducting system testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless data integration with various IT components. You will also engage in discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Enterprise Asset Management Applications.- Strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting functionalities.- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in financial system implementations.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system integration issues.- Familiarity with data migration strategies and best practices.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management Applications.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
