Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the decision-making process. Your role will require you to balance technical oversight with team management, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage user permissions:Assign the correct user roles and privileges to each person- Maintain Jira projects:Ensure that projects are maintained and that users can access them as needed- Configure workflows:Create and implement workflows to help with corporate procedures- Improve security:Set up access restrictions to protect Jira projects and Confluence spaces- Integrate with other tools:Ensure that Jira supports the organization's needs by integrating it with other tools- Educate users:Help users understand how to use Jira's features, such as filters, dashboards, and boards- Perform system administration tasks:Install and update Jira, and perform basic Linux and Windows server administration tasks- Develop automation workflows:Create and maintain automation workflows to extend Jira's capabilities- Develop plugins:Create plugins to extend Jira's capabilities- Build dashboards:Build dashboards for Jira Connect add-ons- Configure custom fields:Create custom fields and preset filters- Test outcomes:Test outcomes and identify defects Professional & Technical
