Must have skills : SAP HANA Technical Architecture Good to have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Need a HANA tech Arch lead having a clear understanding of the HANA landscape and architecture. The candidate must be having extensive hands-on experience in resolving critical issues related to HANA systems. Based on the understanding the candidate needs to plan and work on different improvement points from system performance, stability and quick delivery perspective. The candidate should also be able to initiate and drive different automation initiatives from SAP BTP perspective. -Any additional experience in managing automations using BPA is desirable. Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the application development team in designing and implementing solutions. Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA Technical Architecture, SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture and technical components. Experience in designing and implementing SAP HANA solutions. Knowledge of SAP ABAP development for HANA. Hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing SAP HANA systems. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP HANA Technical Architecture. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
