Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Configure and customize applications to meet specific business requirements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.

Experience in implementing and configuring SAP FI modules.

Knowledge of integration points between SAP FI and other modules.

Experience in leading and managing SAP implementation projects.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A BE/MCA degree is required.QualificationsBE MCA
