Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) applications, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) application-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and related modules. Good To Have Skills:Experience in SAP Plant Connectivity. Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) business processes and best practices. Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) applications. Experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Drive & lead workshop, sound understanding & consolidating business needs, S4 knowledge is must, well versed with core module Added advantage - oil & gas exp. Qualification 15 years of fulltime education
