About The Role

Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS)

Educational Qualification :A Bachelors degree in computer science or information science from a reputed Institute is required
Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive project success. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience, while mentoring junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.

Experience with cloud-based application integration and deployment.

Familiarity with API management and microservices architecture.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A Bachelors degree in computer science or information science from a reputed Institute is required.
