Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet user needs and business objectives. You will engage in discussions to gather requirements, provide insights on design choices, and oversee the development process to ensure quality and efficiency. Additionally, you will mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. Your role will be pivotal in aligning technical solutions with strategic goals, ensuring that the applications are user-friendly and effective. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative solutions.- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.- Familiarity with front-end development technologies to collaborate effectively with developers. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
