You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams Lead the application design and development process Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities Experience in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions Knowledge of integration techniques with external systems Hands-on experience in Salesforce customization and configuration Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
