Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries Provide guidance and support to the development team Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture, C# Programming Language, Microsoft Azure PaaS, Angular Strong understanding of software architecture principles Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications Knowledge of cloud-based application development Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in .NET Architecture This position is based at our Pune office A 15 years full-time education is requiredStrong communication skills. Track record of leading the development team. Code reviewsExperiences in how to measure and ensure code quality metrics are metStrong in coding best practices, defensive coding, clean coding, architecture / software development principles, architecture patternsGithub/CICD skillStrong version control experience with Github, github action.
