Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries Provide guidance and support to the development team Ensure successful project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java, Java Enterprise Edition, Java Full Stack Development Strong understanding of software development principles Experience in leading application development projects Knowledge of design patterns and best practices in application development Hands-on experience in Java programming Familiarity with Agile methodologies Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Java This position is based at our Jaipur office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
