You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. With your expertise in Camunda BPM, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions and ensure the smooth execution of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications Act as the primary point of contact for the project Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery Contribute to the development of innovative solutions Ensure the smooth execution of projects Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Camunda BPM Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices Experience in designing and implementing complex workflows using Camunda BPM Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and DMN standards Hands-on experience in developing and configuring Camunda BPM applications Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java and Spring Framework Familiarity with Agile methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Azure DevOps experience required. Nest js/Node js skill will be good to have. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Camunda BPM This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
