Your typical day will involve working with Duck Creek Policy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements Would be performing technical review of all the development activities Will be working on personal commercial lines Will be working on personal lines AUTO, HOME UMBRELLA Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Duck Creek Policy, acting as the primary point of contact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure project success. Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Experience with project management tools and techniques. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Solid grasp of software testing and quality assurance principles. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Duck Creek Policy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.
