What you'll do: Provide subject matter expertise and lead functional tracks on Oracle ERP Cloud Applications for the Financial modules. Provide solutions based on accounting principles and rules for the financial modules. Complete project tasks and deliverables as per established project timelines. Written deliverables should be of the highest quality as per established project templates. Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements. Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements. Provide solutions to Gaps along with recommended solution for the financial modules. Document Gaps, Issues and Solution Process Flows. Create RAID items as necessary per direction of the PMO, update the status on RAID items for items assigned and coordinate with the client for timely closure of items. Map customer s business process to Oracle Cloud Applications processes Configure the modules to align with customer s business processes. Migrate customer financial data from Legacy to Oracle Cloud Applications Prepare the functional design for all technical objects in customer driven template along with documentation of the test criteria for each technical object. Develop testing scenarios and test scripts. Lead testing events like unit, integration and acceptance testing. Tasks include finalizing scenarios with the client, prepping data for testing, providing the schedule for the events, coordination of completion of testing and ensuring accuracy in testing. Facilitate knowledge transfer. Be available during the working hours and Client communication tools for the project. Work and engage with other project team and counterparts of different module leads and technical team for project work Lead on cross functional solutions i.e. roll mapping, integration, data exchange frequency in coordination with other modules Functional lead to map the cross functional solution. Execute the project work based on Client defined project process, project execution methodology and templates. What We are Looking For: 8 to 12 years of experience with Oracle ERP Applications Experience with Oracle Financials module: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Cash Management and Shared HR. Experience in 2 to 3 implementations Experience with Data migration - Legacy to New system or EBS to Cloud Knowledge of P2P, O2C, A2R - how the information is flowing into Finance module. Experience with Revenue management and advance collections module are preferred. Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, facilitating global design workshops, business process analysis, providing subject matter guidance.

This position requires a strong Embedded Software Engineer with 5+ years relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct technical customer support to address questions regarding Allegro’s motor control products in the software and hardware domains. The candidate must quickly ramp-up onto an existing project, understand automotive platform hardware and software driver architecture, read/write technical specifications/requirements, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and work closely with external customers to customize and launch their new products. RESPONSIBILITIES Requirements development with the customer and alignment of the software needs with Allegro software development team. Customer support, embedded SW application note creation and development of example codes required from customers. Support on meeting with customer, support design proposals for new business opportunities. Customer on-site support, including international travel. Designing, simulating, implementing, documenting, and testing motor control software for various end-equipment, with focus on automotive. Participate in simulation (SIL, MIL), programming, calibration, testing working with hardware test bench or HIL System. Background with Cortex-M series embedded SW development in C Extensive experience with real time embedded software engineering and control design Proficiency in C languages for embedded software and object-oriented programming (C++) Experience to develop automotive serial communication such like LIN and CAN Full software lifecycle experience (ASPICE L2) Analyse, review, manage and trace software requirements. Proficiency in debugging complex issues. Proficiency in understanding complex software architecture definition that leads to software code development. GitLab, or any other version control and issue tracking systems Familiarity with hardware communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART. Participate in coding reviews using Code Collaborator Familiarity with software compilers such as IAR Workbench or ARM Keil Use oscilloscopes, logic analysers and other hardware related inspection tools Challenge workflows and recommend processes for improvement. Desirable Experience with Unit Testing Tools (NUnit/Cantata/Parasoft). Understanding of analog / digital electronics and power electronics Demonstrable software and scripting language skills Experience using microcontrollers and firmware programming Cross platform capabilities, able to perform work on a Windows or Linux environment Embedded testing with white box/black box testing skills Awareness of ISO26262 industry standards.
