The ServiceNow Technical Lead plays a crucial role in designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions while maintaining a long-term technical architecture. With over 8 years of experience, you will define system problems, design and test solutions, interact with users for requirements collection, and provide guidance to junior developers. Your responsibilities include aligning with Agile development processes, producing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions in line with technical standards and leading practices. You will analyze system problems, design and test standards and solutions, and develop solutions by evaluating alternative workflow options. Collecting requirements from users, guiding junior developers, and implementing requirements will be essential tasks. Additionally, you will produce and maintain Standard Operating Procedures on network security operations, provide oversight and unit testing of code, and review business processes for leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities. To excel in this role, you must possess experience with workflows in key areas of the ServiceNow platform such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and SecOps. Excellent communication skills, proficiency with web technologies, experience in a SaaS environment, and a strong focus on code quality and reusability are crucial. Your ability to manage ServiceNow setup, administration, and configuration, analyze and resolve complex software application issues, and apply ITIL best practices will be highly valued. Stay updated with marketplace and technology changes relevant to ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in technical solution design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, along with a minimum of 5 years in IT Service Management within finance, insurance, IT shared services, or consulting sectors. Possess certifications such as ITIL V3/V4, ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM, and Micro certificate Integration Hub fundamentals. Additional CIS certifications in Discovery, Service Mapping, Software Asset Management, and Hardware Asset Management will be advantageous.,
