Job Description

As an Apps Sup Tech Lead Analyst at Citigroup, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the directional strategy of the business by staying updated on the latest developments in the field. You will be recognized as a technical authority in a specific area within the business, requiring basic commercial awareness. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance, influencing colleagues and external customers, and impacting the area through complex deliverables and advising on technology and business operations. - Build, support, and promote RunBook Automation (RBA) as the orchestration tool for all SMBF Applications. - Prioritize applications for RBA adoption based on criticality and secure agreement from senior management/stakeholders. - Coordinate the adoption of RBA by SMBF Applications for One-Touch Resiliency, addressing obstacles and expediting adoption. - Provide regular updates to seniors and stakeholders on accomplishments, challenges, risks, and dependencies. - Collaborate with technology teams to obtain APIs for smooth automation of infrastructure activities. - Ensure safety and security of the RBA Platform, collaborating with CISO for certification. - Handle audits (Internal and External) on RBA and address findings. - Manage a team of professionals located across multiple continents/countries, including people, financial, and vendor management. - Utilize Agile methodology and tools for new onboardings, developments, backlog refining, stakeholder reporting, and knowledge management. - Organize 24x7 support for RBA and handle escalations. - Manage Vendor relationships for onshore and offshore managed services. - Improve service levels for end users through operational efficiencies, incident management, problem management, and knowledge sharing. - Guide development teams on application stability and supportability improvements. - Implement a framework for managing capacity, throughput, and latency. - Drive cost reductions and efficiencies across portfolios supported. - Participate in business review meetings and ensure adherence to support process and tool standards. - Influence and negotiate with senior leaders and communicate with external parties. - Manage responsibility for a team, including people, budget planning, performance evaluation, hiring, and disciplinary actions. Qualifications required for this role: - 13 to 18 years of experience in the IT industry, including Software Engineering and large development projects. - Strong background in Java, Python, Spring Boot, relational/non-relational databases, and SQL proficiency. - People management experience across multiple time zones. - Advanced level experience in Production Management/Core Services Support. - Project management skills with demonstrable results in improving IT services. - Capacity Planning/Forecasting exposure. - Clear and concise communication skills. - Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred. - Project Management related Certification preferred. - Certifications in broader areas like AWS or SCRUM are a plus.,
