As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by supporting the sales team in lead qualification. You will be responsible for responding to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) with a high level of detail and professionalism. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver solution-oriented presentations and demonstrations to our customers, as well as execute customer proof of concepts (POCs). Collaboration is key at Fingent, and you will work closely with our internal development team to provide solution and architecture recommendations. You will partner with the Sales team to introduce our product and services offerings, conducting demonstrations, explaining functionality, and system architecture to both prospective and existing customers and partners at both business and technical levels. To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of our products" functionality and technology. You will leverage this knowledge to recommend solutions that align with the prospect's business goals and operational needs, ensuring optimal utilization of our products and services. From responding to RFIs to conducting scoping exercises and prototypes, you will guide the pre-sales process to deliver tailored solutions.
