**Job Description** As a Testing & Validation Engineer, your role involves identifying, supporting, and executing comprehensive test plans to validate product performance and durability within India and IMEA. This includes conducting internal and 3rd party testing to meet established certifications and contributing to the development of new industry standards. You will also be responsible for applying engineering designs, collaborating with internal and external engineers, and translating test specifications into application developments in close coordination with R&D and Sales teams. Additionally, you will support local manufacturing operations and provide hands-on technical assistance to customers in the selection, application, and troubleshooting of Geopolymers and Civil composite materials tailored to their specific needs. Conducting on-site visits to oversee trials, provide training, and address customer complaints will also be part of your responsibilities. Building strong relationships with installation partners and industry groups is essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, support, and execute comprehensive test plans for product performance and durability testing - Work with internal and 3rd party engineers to support and communicate design methodologies - Translate test specifications into application developments in collaboration with R&D and Sales teams - Provide hands-on technical support to customers in selecting, applying, and troubleshooting materials - Conduct on-site visits for trials, training, and issue resolution - Address customer complaints by diagnosing problems and implementing corrective actions - Build strong customer relationships with installation partners and industry groups **Qualifications Required** - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar technical position - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering - Understanding of material chemistries and their structural applications - Experience with testing methods and equipment - Proficiency in product development, trial planning, and failure analysis - Experience in training individuals at different levels and willingness to engage in on-site application processes - Independent worker with a desire for continuous learning Henkel values diversity and believes in the power of uniqueness among its employees.
